Planning on knocking down and moving a couple of the walls upstairs. Want to replace stud walls with aluminium stud walls to get back a couple of centimetres in the room its a small space. Will need to move radiator from one wall to another so will need plumbing done. Also want to dry line back walls, plaster these and add ventilation to back walls into eaves. I have architect plans drawn up of changes and can send these.
